Corporate legal services include the continuation of the company’s activities
Legal support with monthly payment:
- Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with legislation, identifying and reducing legal risks, preparing legal conclusions
- Providing legal advice to the company's management and structural units
- Control of changes in legislation regulating the company's activities
- Drafting and revision of agreements and other documents with legal significance
- Legal support of personnel policy (drafting and revision of internal regulations, labor contract and internal policy documents, ensuring compliance with the legislation of disciplinary proceedings)
- Drafting and revision of the founding agreement, charter, decision of the general meeting, employment contract, other entrepreneurial legal documents
- Bringing the company's internal documentation into compliance with AML (Anti-money laundering) legislation and the requirements of the National Bank of Georgia.
- Representation in court, mediation, arbitration, with administrative bodies and other persons
